I was born in Istanbul in 1988. I now give Professional Cooking training in the kitchen I entered 25 years ago.
I have left behind 19 years in this magnificent and incredibly dynamic profession, which I started professionally in 2005, in Turkey's leading restaurants and international hotels, together with the leading chefs of the gastronomy world such as 3 Michelin-starred Italian Chef Massimo Bottura and British Chef Tom Aikens.
I work as a Chef in an international aviation company, where I have the opportunity to travel all over the world and experience various and local products on site.
In addition to my Master Trainer and Tourism Hotel Management training, I received various Cooking trainings in Germany in 2011 and in Italy in 2013. In addition, I give cookery training in non-governmental organizations such as Unicef, Red Crescent and private educational institutions.
