Tugay Yazgan is an expert distinguished by his interdisciplinary background in psychology, human resources, and organizational development. A graduate of Ankara University's Psychology department, Yazgan has strengthened his academic foundation by pursuing postgraduate and doctoral studies in public administration, business administration, management and organization, and clinical psychology.

Yazgan, who began her career as a psychologist and recruitment specialist at Ereğli Iron and Steel Factories, gained significant experience in psychometric assessments, occupational health and safety processes, and employee development. In her roles at Konak Municipality, she led performance management system implementation, job analysis, and institutionalization projects; and created sustainable systems in public administration.

In the private sector, he played an active role in the development of human resources, training, and organizational structures through his senior management positions. In his academic career, he served as a lecturer and administrator at Cyprus Science University and World Peace University; and spearheaded the establishment of career, psychological counseling, and training centers.

Yazgan, who is an ISO 9001 lead auditor, continues his work in the areas of strategic management, corporate culture, and human-centered transformation.
