I started my professional cooking career, which I started in 2013, as a kitchen supervisor at Emporio Armani Ristorante. Then, I continued as a Professional Training Assistant Instructor Chief at the school I graduated from, and here I prepared professional cookery students for the profession by explaining the basic information of the profession, recipe applications and 80% of the information they can learn practically. At the same time, I prepared short-term Corporate Trainings for the chefs who are actively working in our restaurants and prepared their promotion programs. After I had the opportunity to develop my profession in various organizations at home and abroad, I returned to the education sector and undertook the role of the instructor of 8-week culinary training at the Chef's Table Kitchen Academy. Now, I am the Head Chef of our business that we established with the concept of gourmet street delicacies in Istanbul/Kadıköy.
