I graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Psychology. I worked for four years as a Human Resources Specialist in different companies, where I had the opportunity to closely observe human behavior within corporate life. During that time, I became more aware of how deeply connected the mind and body truly are.
Later, my path crossed with Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation. I first experienced their transformative impact through my own practice. As the waves of the mind settled, the body softened; as the body strengthened, the mind became clearer. Wanting to deepen this journey, I pursued further training.
I completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training with Ayşe Demir and Ronit Arhanyan. I am currently continuing my 300-hour advanced training at Cihangir Yoga.
At the same time, I teach beginner-level classes every Friday at 3:00 PM at Cihangir Yoga Maçka branch.
By integrating my background in psychology with yoga practice, I focus on understanding the mind, listening to the body, and strengthening the bridge between them. Because well-being often grows not only in the mind or the body alone, but in the space where they meet. 🌿
Type of Service
This meditation class offers a space to build a new relationship with the mind, without trying to silence it. Over the course of one hour, we explore breath awareness, guided meditation, and a short period of silent sitting to gently return to the body and the present moment.
The session focuses on supporting nervous system balance, strengthening attention, and creating inner spaciousness. It is suitable for both beginners and those who wish to deepen their practice, offering a safe and inclusive environment.
Meditation here is not a performance, but a practice of noticing, slowing down, and reconnecting with yourself. 🌿
