Following my graduation, until 2018, I organized and conducted trainings for my colleagues in Turkey and the Turkic Republics.

In my training and consulting work with corporate clients, I have conducted various programs focusing on competency development for employees and managers, as well as leadership, communication, teamwork, and personal development. My experience includes preparing training content based on needs analyses, designing assessment and development processes, and delivering organization-specific consultancy services. I now leverage the extensive experience I have gained over the years to provide consulting services to both individuals and corporate clients.
My approach combines theoretical knowledge with practical application and experience, utilizing interactive methods that allow participants to directly apply what they learn to their daily professional lives.
Our sessions can be conducted via online platforms or at our offices in Beylikdüzü and Bakırköy; upon request, we can also hold them at locations designated by the client organization.
