I design training and consulting processes for individuals and organizations.

My focus is on helping organizations build sustainable and human-centered systems that can generate value in the long term, rather than short-term solutions.

I bring together psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness-based approaches in the fields of leadership, resilience, relationship dynamics, and organizational culture.

I prioritize developing applicable frameworks that touch upon daily operations and decision-making processes, rather than leaving knowledge in theory.

In my work, I center on transformation processes fueled by awareness, taking responsibility, and insight.

I am interested in building structures that unlock the potential of people and organizations and strengthen over time.

Type of Service

I organize group seminars for companies and individuals. In these seminars, I work on mindfulness-focused psychological resilience, stress management, and emotional regulation, all aimed at supporting individual well-being.

Beyond simply conveying theoretical knowledge, I structure the content with experiential exercises. My goal is for participants to become aware of their own stress responses, understand their mental and physical processes, and develop practical tools they can use in daily life.

The seminars offer a practical and sustainable framework that helps reduce mental strain, increase focus, and foster a more balanced relationship within the demands of work and life.
